We apologize for the delay on the next order of containers. The list has been growing and we have also been hearing from some customers that the 95 gallon is too big. We are finalizing the order to be placed very soon. We are adding a 65 gallon container option. 65 gallon can hold 3-4 kitchen bags. If you would like either size (and we have not already heard from you), or you think you would like to change or trade sizes, please contact us ASAP.

Thank you so much for your patience with this and other changes that have been made. We are working to make this trash route the best that it can be and truly care about the local communities we serve!

Current Red Oak, Town & Country and former Batten Sanitation, residential customers who get picked up on Monday; and are located between the south side of Hammond St., and west of 8th St..…. Your pick up day is being moved to Wednesdays.

Your pickup day is being moved to Wednesdays, effective March11th.

Current Red Oak, Town & Country and former Batten Sanitation, residential customers who get picked up on Wednesday; and are located between the north side of Oak St. and Summit St., and east of Broadway.…. Your pick up day is being moved to Mondays.

Your pickup day is being moved to Mondays, effective March 9th.

Villa Village customers will remain on Thursday for the time being.

Cross streets not shown on the map: Prospect, Joy, Corning, Reed, Coolbaugh, Washington, Grimes, and Nuckols. Current Town & Country & former Batten Sanitation, Red Oak residential customers who get picked up on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday; and are located between the east side of 8th St. and south side of Summit St…. Your pickup day is being moved to Tuesdays:

Friday, February 27th will be the last Friday pickup. Your pickup day is being moved to Tuesdays, effective Tuesday, March 3rd. Put out again what you have.

Monday, March 2nd and Wednesday, March 4th will transition to Tuesdays as well, beginning Tuesday, March 3rd.

Please have your trash set out by 6:00 am. If you forget or get missed during this transition, please call 712-623-3460 and they will get you in the next day or two.

Affected customers have been notified prior to now via the current contact information that we have. The next route change, we will reach out again. Thank you!

Starting March 1st, we will begin merging all of the Red Oak RESIDENTIAL customers. Details will be emailed or calls will be made to all affected customers that we have contact information for. If we don't have contact information on an account, we will post a letter on your door. Facebook posts will be made as well. Notices will begin in the next day or two.

Customers that are using the new trash bins, please bag the trash and don't cram them so full that the weight is unmanageable. Thank you!
Edit, this applies to all cans, but weight and contents conscious especially for the bigger bins.

Exciting news! Carts have finally arrived and we've started delivery to those on our list. They will be delivered in the front of your residence. Please be patient as it will take a couple days to get them all delivered. We will post again when they are all delivered. Then please let us know if we missed you or you are interested in getting one. Thank you for your support of local business, we appreciate you!!
