We are resuming service tomorrow! We will operate the remainder of the week on a one day delay. (Icy roads and certain areas may not be able to be serviced)

Monday customers will be serviced Tuesday.
Tuesday customers will be serviced Wednesday.
Wednesday customers will be serviced Thursday.
Thursday customers will be serviced Friday.

And from the bottom of our hearts, we appreciate customers being understanding through this weather event. We know that our decisions weren’t always what everyone wanted to hear. Thank you for all of the messages and emails expressing gratitude for our drivers and helpers and support for the decisions that we made.
The safety of our employees and the communities that we service is our main priority.

We will not be open or servicing customers tomorrow (Monday) due to roads still being very icy and wet in some service areas. The hard freeze tonight will also make that situation an even more dangerous worry for our employees.

We will restart service as soon as it is possible and update our customers on what their service day will be for this week. When our service resumes, please know that MONDAY customers not serviced last week are our first priority!

We appreciate everyone’s understanding and patience through these uncommon weather events.

UPDATE:

Our team will be resuming services tomorrow (Wednesday) beginning with all Tuesday customers. We will complete the week’s services on a one-day delay schedule.
Tuesday customers will be serviced Wednesday.
Wednesday customers will be serviced Thursday.
Thursday customers will be serviced Friday.
*any icy areas determined unsafe by our drivers cannot be serviced.

Monday customers- We will be unable to service trash for this week. For your next next week’s service, we will have available trucks and staff and we will collect what is in the cart and any additional bags that you may have.

Heavily traveled roads are looking better but there are still plenty of roads that are dangerously icy and present a risk. Based on temperatures overnight, a hard freeze is expected and that is a scary scenario for a large, heavy truck, especially in a neighborhood setting.
Due to these factors, we are remaining closed tomorrow (Tuesday) and delaying our services until it is safe for our drivers and our communities to do so.
Tomorrow we will once again evaluate and make plans accordingly. Please check back with us for updates.

It is still early in the day and we have received information indicating that this storm pattern is not past us yet. Based on this, our team has made the decision to remain closed tomorrow. As a result, no routes will be serviced.
We will conduct a review of the current weather conditions tomorrow to make our decisions regarding Tuesday and will post updates accordingly.
A delayed schedule is being planned, but we do not know at this time what that may look like. Our objective is to provide timely and safe service to all customers, and while we acknowledge that this may cause inconvenience for some, we appreciate your understanding. Stay safe and warm!!!!!

We have been getting numerous calls about our plans for service next week.

At this moment, the forecasts are changing rapidly and it is hard to know exactly what is going to happen. Our focus will be on safety of our drivers and the communities that we serve.

Our trucks are heavy and are unable to stop immediately in the best of situations- throw ice in on top of that and it becomes even more dangerous.
We will be keeping an eye on the weather and making decisions accordingly based on the conditions at that time. We plan to discuss and inform customers by Sunday evening. Announcements will be posted here on our page.

Please stay safe, warm and aware and we will do all that we can to get back on track.

Our office will be closed Monday, January 19, in observance of Martin Luther King Jr Day.
We will return on Tuesday and will operate on a one day delay for the remainder of the week.

Monday customers will be serviced on Tuesday.

Thursday customers will be serviced on Friday.

Just a reminder- we are running regular schedule this week Monday through Wednesday. Our office is closed Thursday to celebrate the New Year, but we will return Friday to get our Thursday customers taken care of.

Please be aware that large boxes (TV boxes or larger) are not able to be collected by our standard residential trucks.

After New Years Day, we will offer a Christmas tree collection service. Just call our office and we can schedule your pickup for a $10 fee. Trees must be at the curb on scheduled pickup day and any trees over 6 feet will need to be cut in half. Contact us for any questions or to get on our schedule!

Marley would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas! 🎄
This week for our residential customers, we will be running regular schedule Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Wednesday customers - please set your carts out the night before so that we can put extra help on routes to get everyone finished in a reasonable time.
Our office is closed Thursday and we will return to service our Thursday customers on Friday.

We are not able to offer bulk pickups on Fridays for the next two weeks.

Next week’s schedule will mirror this week’s due to New Years Day.

Once again, our annual Holiday Charity Project was a success! Our employees really jumped feet first into this year’s choice. We chose to support PS I Love You ministries in Spartanburg, which helps foster parents with resources and foster children with needed supplies.
We were able to collect 18 🎉 care bags to assist in helping a child feel welcome in a new home. Also we were able to gather lots of extra needs for any bags in the future. Thank you to all of our great employees for helping us make a difference in our communities!!!!❤️
