🛠️ Position Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day store operations
Help customers with pools, hot tubs, fireplaces, and outdoor products
Create attractive product displays and showroom layouts
Organize inventory and maintain a clean, professional store appearance
Support marketing efforts and promotional campaigns
Train and motivate team members
Manage customer follow-up and sales opportunities
✅ Qualifications
Sales experience required
Strong customer service skills
Retail marketing and merchandising experience preferred
Excellent organizational skills
Positive attitude and professional appearance
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Leadership mindset with a desire to grow
