Continuous water leak in slab . Plumbing fixed , removed all furniture and contents to outside storage . Removed flooring some trim , structural drying , installed new lvt and total repaint. Home owner was able to move back in as if nothing happen . We can’t make disaster not happen but we sure can make them easy to deal with !
