🌟 Read for Changes! 🌟
Hey y’all! Just checking in. I’ve been fine tuning some details of the business like payments, payment methods, and new ways of quoting. As of right now, payment is preferably due the night before but definitely due at the time of pickup. If payment is not made within 10 minutes of our arrival for pickup, we will have to decline and reschedule for another day. If confirmation contact is not made the morning of pickup, we will also have to decline and reschedule. I hate to do this, but we have had three customers now that either did not pay at all after delivery or finally paid days later after pressing. I love helping people, but at the end of the day, this is a business. We have to follow our rules and policies or our business won’t thrive and expand to help others.
