There is no requirement to have someone at your residence for your cleaning. Many clients leave me with a copy of their key or door code so they never have to worry about being home at a specific time.

The standard cleaning includes the outside of all appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and oven), dusting and wiping of all surfaces – such as tables, countertops, desks, dressers, and high-touch surfaces. Cleaning dirty dishes, faucets, and sinks are also a part of my normal cleaning service. I pay detailed attention to the bathrooms and bedrooms of each home – as each is heavily used. I may organize items and clothes that are left out as well as replace linens throughout the home. Then I will vacuum and mop all floors in the home and dispose of all trash. Depending on the condition of the home, an initial clean can take 1.25 - 2 times longer than subsequent cleanings. It takes a lot longer to clean a tub or shower that has a lot of build-up than a tub that’s been cleaned frequently.
Additionally, I have a high standard for all of my homes that I prefer to set during an initial clean and then maintain weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. This level of detail takes time to complete but the results are well worth it.
