Kleros Hospitality is expanding our operations throughout the Lake Hartwell region, and we’re looking for someone who wants to build a career—not just find another job.

This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, coachable, and takes pride in doing things the right way. While you’ll begin by learning our systems and helping service a growing portfolio of professionally managed vacation homes, our goal is to develop the right person into a leadership role as we continue to expand throughout the region.

The right candidate is someone who:

We provide on-the-job training, peer-to-peer shadowing, coaching, flexible scheduling, marketing, and operational support for someone ready to step in with an owner-operator mindset and earn within a framework that is already being built.
