Happy Father’s Day to all the incredible dads out there! 💙

Today, we’re celebrating the fathers, grandfathers, stepdads, father figures, and the men who show up every day for the people who count on them.

👉🏻 We’re especially excited to celebrate one of our newest Birds, Michael! As a father himself, he reminds us that many of the qualities that make great dads—hard work, patience, reliability, and dedication—also make great team members. He is someone who will be helping us in our turnover season and move in/out cleans!

And to all the dads who have said, “Yep, go ahead and have Bluebird come clean the house” 🤣—thank you. Whether it was your idea or not, we’re grateful for the trust you’ve placed in us to help care for your home and give your family a little more time together.

Lastly, Thank you to the dads working hard behind the scenes, coaching the games, fixing the things, grilling the burgers, carrying the heavy stuff, and loving their families the best way they know how. We see you when we are in the homes helping hold the glue together during the busy season of life!

It was a bittersweet moment this morning. 🥹

I met the team at a client’s home that I personally cleaned for the first time when I opened Bluebird this morning.

Fun fact: one of the first employees I hired actually walked out on this specific job a few hours in. I remember standing there wondering if opening Bluebird had been the right decision. There were never any hard feelings—cleaning isn’t for everyone, and she was honest. I APPRECIATED that.

Four years later, this client is still with us. 🤍

She’s trusting us with her new home, her parents’ home, referred us to others, and continued to support us through all the changes and growth along the way.

People like her are the reason this job is worth it.

Bluebird was built on trust—NOT perfection. Clients who understand that we’re human, that we sometimes have to pivot, and that life occasionally throws curveballs are the reason we’ve made it this far.

Thank you for trusting us through the smooth waters and the rocky ones. We don’t take it for granted. PROMISE.🤍

Happy TUESDAY! 🤍

We have been so busy lately that social media has taken a bit of a back seat. 😬

Over the next week, get ready for some well-deserved employee recognition, satisfying before-and-afters, pictures of our work, and a little bit of everything else we can throw out into the universe. ❤️

Fun cleaning tip: Pumice stones are AMAZING for tackling hard water buildup (pictured 👇), but there is a right and wrong way to use them. Always make sure you understand how to properly use a product before putting it to work—using the wrong tool the wrong way can cause damage! No toilet bowl cleaner in showers 😉

Now, back to making coffee to get this day started!
