BatPro® Animal Control LLC; a well established business, actively looking for a motivated individual, to become a part of a growing company helping our clients with wildlife / human conflicts. We specialize in bat proofing and excluding structures of all types throughout Central and West MI.
Great opportunity for a self motivated individual, critical thinker to provide solutions for our customers experiencing wildlife problems. Must accept directions, follow company policies. Must be on point and on time.
Physically demanding job requires (Must Have) light construction skills, lifting 28-40ft ladders, traversing up and down steep roofs, working in hot attics, driving company trucks. Physical fitness is a must.
Handling of wildlife is necessary, as we trap and remove several species of wildlife from structures. (Raccoon's, Skunks, Squirrels and etc.)
Driving and working at heights is a daily routine of the job.
Ability to pass test for MI Dept. of Ag.
Must be clean cut and present yourself in a professional manner with the ability to articulate our procedures to our client base.
Responsible for cleaning work trucks and organizing inventory. Must have a excellent driving record. Must pass criminal back ground check and drug screening.
Pay varies based on experience. A great employee that does very well, will be rewarded. Hourly training wage for a 90 day probationary period, with possible commission based pay after.
Wildlife Control and/or 7A Pest Control experience is a plus! $,$$$
Veterans a plus and/or with college degree.
