Big news from Suds In The City in Greensburg!

We wanted to share an update on our progress as we get ready to open our doors. As you can see from the photos, things are really taking shape! We're working hard on the renovations, from installing new tiled walls to getting our machines ready for you.

We're on track to open in just a few weeks, and we're so excited to become your go-to laundromat in Greensburg. Keep following us for more updates and our official opening date!

Exciting progress at Suds in the City!

Metal framing complete, insulation installed, and ceiling grid in place. Plumbing rough-ins visible with PVC pipes ready for washer connections. Electrical work advancing with temporary lighting operational. Concrete trenches prepared for drainage systems. Construction team actively working on interior walls.

Remember we're right next to Revival Wellness Company and across from DV8 Espresso Bar & Gallery so you have a place to relax while you wait for your laundry to finish!

Merry Christmas to all on this bright winter's day,
From Suds in the City, we're excited to say:
In just a few months, when March breezes blow,
We'll open our doors with machines all aglow!

From Greensburg to Jeanette, the news we now share,
Of sparkling new washers and dryers with care.
Our state-of-the-art facility, coming to town,
Will be the talk of Main Street, wearing cleanliness's crown!

The warmth of our welcome, like fresh-fallen snow,
Will match our bright interior's welcoming glow.
With comfort and style, and spaces so clean,
The finest laundromat you've ever seen!

While Santa brings presents on this Christmas night,
We're wrapping up plans to make your future bright.
Our gift to the city will be worth the wait,
When springtime arrives at our opening date!

So treasure this promise on Christmas Day here,
Of fresh, clean facilities coming next year.

Twas the night at Suds, and all through the shop,
The washers were spinning, non-stop, non-stop.
The dryers were buzzing, the lights shining bright,
A haven for laundry on this frosty night.

The folks of Greensburg all knew where to go,
For the cleanest machines and a warm, cozy glow.
With suds in the air and the floors shining new,
It was laundry perfection, through and through.

When out on Pennsylvania, there arose such a clatter,
The staff at Suds peeked out to see what was the matter.
Through the glass doors they saw, under soft winter light,
A sleigh overflowing with laundry in sight!

In walked a man with a jolly red coat,
And a sack full of linens that barely did float.
His beard was like snow, his boots covered in grime,
“Can you help me?” he chuckled, “I’m running out of time!”

The staff sprang to action, their spirits so quick,
Sorting the fabrics for old St. Nick.
More rapid than rinse cycles, the machines did their thing,
Washing Santa’s red suit and his stockings to bling.

“Now Soap! Now Softener! Now Spin and Dry!
Get these clothes ready, my delivery’s nigh!
I’ve toys to deliver, and I can’t be late,
Thank goodness for Suds—it’s truly first-rate!”

The dryers spun fast, the fabrics came out,
Fresh, clean, and folded, with barely a doubt.
Santa smiled wide, his load now pristine,
The best laundromat he’d ever seen!

He hefted his sack, gave a wave and a cheer,
“I’ll see you again this time next year!
For Suds in the City, there’s none quite like you,
Merry Christmas to all, and to all laundry too!
