✨ Winston-Salem Attic Renovation ✨

This project was completed for one of our long-time clients — someone who gave us one of our very first opportunities to learn and grow. We’re grateful to continue taking care of her and delivering quality work she can trust. 🤝

🚪 Starting at the landing
We installed a three-way lighting system that illuminates the landing and stairway leading up to the attic — designed for safety, convenience, and ease of use from both levels.

🎨 Finishing details matter
Custom crown molding wraps around the landing, giving the space a clean, polished, and finished look.

💡 Smart controls upstairs
A second three-way switch system allows all three ceiling fans to turn on together, while a separate switch controls the stairway lighting.
Each fan also has its own individual controller for personalized comfort.

🛑 Safety first
A hard-wired smoke detector was added to meet proper living standards and ensure peace of mind.

🌀 Built for the space
We used 18-inch downrods to keep fan blades safely clear of the angled ceiling.

🛡️ Staircase safety upgrade
A clean, modern vinyl safety railing was installed — an affordable solution designed to prevent falls without sacrificing style.

❄️🔥 Year-round comfort
This attic now has full climate control with a mini-split system, including condenser installation and proper electrical connections.
We also maintained two access doors for future servicing through the bathroom and shower area.

🎨 Cohesive interior design
Flat white ceilings, durable gray walls, and gray oak LVP flooring run throughout the space for a seamless, modern finish.

🚿 Bathroom transformation
✔️ Dual-switch setup (exhaust + vanity light)
✔️ Updated plumbing layout & new toilet
✔️ Affordable angled walk-in shower with sliding glass door
✔️ Satin nickel finishes throughout
✔️ Added personal bathroom heater

✨ To finish it off, we wrapped the walk-in shower base with trim for a clean, professional final touch.

Another flooring upgrade completed by Greensboro Services Group! For this project, we started by removing the carpet from three rooms to prepare for a clean and seamless install. We then installed 1,100 square feet of durable and stylish LVP flooring, giving the entire space a fresh, modern look. To finish it off, we installed quarter round throughout for a clean, polished edge. A simple change that made a huge difference—another satisfied client and another vision brought to life!

Another beautiful kitchen transformation completed by Greensboro Services Group! For this project, we started by carefully demoing the old cabinets to make way for a brand-new custom setup. We installed both upper and lower cabinets throughout the kitchen, added a stunning new island topped with a butcher’s board, which we painted a crisp, clean white. Above the refrigerator, we added a custom cabinet for extra storage, paired with a floating pantry on the side for a sleek, functional finish.

We also built a custom box enclosure around a mini-fridge beside the stove, and installed a flush-mounted microwave range under the cabinet for a seamless look. Floating shelves were added to one wall to complement the modern style, while a vinyl backsplash was installed on the stove-facing wall to tie it all together.

To finish the space, we installed new gray LVP flooring that beautifully contrasts the blue cabinets, painted the kitchen walls and trim, and upgraded the lighting with LED strips under each cabinet for enhanced visibility and style. For safety and performance, we replaced all electrical outlets and upgraded the wiring from 15 amps to 20 amps to ensure reliable current flow and prevent breaker issues.

The cabinets were thoroughly prepped with sanding and priming before being painted in a custom color to elevate the overall design. From start to finish, our goal was to bring our very special client’s vision to life—and we’re proud to say, mission accomplished.
