Hello everyone, we have two important matters to address. Firstly, we require prompt payment immediately following our services. If you anticipate being unavailable, kindly settle your account as we are en route. We have experienced delays of up to two days in receiving payments, which hinders our daily close-out procedures that necessitate same-day payment. Secondly, when we provide estimates and discuss service requirements, such as monthly appointments, we offer a discounted rate for committing to regular services. Recently, we have encountered issues with clients accepting the discounted rate for recurring cleanings, only to cancel without notice, often just a week prior to the scheduled service. This is unacceptable, as it prevents us from filling the reserved time slot with another client. Additionally, our rates for one-time or infrequent cleanings are higher. We strive to accommodate our clients' needs and provide competitive pricing, often going above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. All we ask in return is honesty and open communication. Thank you. 🙃
