Once again, we’re honored to be a part of the FHAA — Fond du Lac Homeschool Athletic Association fundraiser!

Today, the boss gets to step away from the work for a little bit and express some gratitude for a couple of the people who help keep our team moving.

Meribah is the one behind the scenes running our office and keeping everything moving, and Sean has now stepped into the role of our Maintenance Team Lead.

So grateful for these two, the work they put in, and the opportunity to spend a beautiful day together supporting a great organization.

Couldn’t ask for a better day for some golf! ⛳️

Yesterday we had the privilege of washing windows and freshening up the outdoor spaces at Scoots Café in Green Lake.

This project was especially close to my heart because we’re so grateful to have Scoots as part of our local community. The food is absolutely amazing, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, and it’s become one of my favorite places to take my children for birthday dates and special memories together.

It was truly an honor to partner with a business we genuinely admire and help make sure their guests experience the very best from the moment they arrive.

Thank you, Scoots Café, for investing in our community. We appreciate the opportunity to serve you and help keep Green Lake looking its best!

At Green Lake Property Management, caring for homes is what we do by day—but serving our community is who we are.

One of the things we love most is that our team has the opportunity to serve in many different ways throughout the Green Lake area. This week, our owner, Timothy Bachleitner, had the privilege of serving as both a pastor and chaplain by offering the dedication prayer for the new Engine 11 at the Ripon Area Fire District and later giving the invocation and closing prayer for the American Tribute Ride honoring our first responders.

As Jesus reminds us:

“For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many.” — Mark 10:45 (NKJV)

Thank you to our homeowners, guests, friends, and neighbors for your continued trust and support. Your encouragement allows us to do more than care for homes—it allows us to invest in and serve the community we love.

Green Lake friends, I’d like to introduce you to Kristin.

She’s one of the owners of Green Lake Property Management and the one who somehow keeps all of our cleaning schedules running smoothly.

This is one of the busiest weeks of the year in Green Lake. We had about 10 staff members working throughout the community, and one day alone included five quick turnovers between guest stays.

I honestly don’t know how she does it. She somehow coordinates every schedule, handles last-minute requests and emergency cleanings, and still helps our team deliver the consistently clean, welcoming homes that earn so many five-star reviews.

What I appreciate most is that she doesn’t just make homes clean—she helps present each property in its very best light so every guest feels welcomed the moment they walk through the door.

Kristin works incredibly hard behind the scenes, and I’m thankful for everything she does for our homeowners, our guests, and our team.

If you see her around town, take a moment to say hello. She’ll probably be on her way to help another family have an amazing stay in Green Lake.

One thing people often tell us is how much they enjoy seeing our family working together.

With a big family, that's just how life works. Everybody has a role. Everybody contributes. It's not always easy, but it's one of the greatest blessings we've been given.

Today, I found myself especially proud of my two boys, ages 15 and 14. They worked hard, treated everyone with respect, and did quality work. As a dad, there's nothing quite like watching your kids grow into young men who understand that serving people well matters.

My oldest son will be getting his driver's license in a couple of weeks. I told him that if he keeps showing up, working hard, and treating people right, he'll build friendships, earn trust, and create relationships that will last for years.

A big thank you to Town Square for giving young people opportunities to learn, work, and grow. Businesses like that aren't just investing in projects. They're investing in the next generation.

I'm thankful I get to watch it happen, one job at a time.

Always a great day when we get to serve one of our favorite clients! ☀️

Green Lake is a better place because of Town Square. It’s a shining example of what makes our community so special.

Today the crew knocked out the window cleaning at the fitness center. With the lights on 24/7, the windows collect an incredible amount of buildup from dust and the many little bugs attracted to the light. The guys locked in, got it done, and left everything looking crystal clear.

We’re grateful to play a small part in keeping Green Lake looking its best. 💚

Last week we tackled a beautiful flat-roof home overlooking Norwegian Bay, complete with a stunning glass catwalk and some incredible views.

This video is a little longer than our usual posts (about a minute), but it gives a good snapshot of what goes into a professional window cleaning project. Our foreman-led crew spent approximately 22 labor hours on-site, paying attention to the details that make a difference and getting everything looking its best for our client.

Clean windows don’t just improve the view—they transform the entire feel of a home.

Wow — this has been the biggest rush we’ve experienced! Must be the pre-Memorial Day weekend push. Our crews have been working overtime and absolutely dialed in.

Big shoutout to Sean and Meribah for stepping up on this project — from drywall installation and repair mud to multiple coats of paint — making sure this family can move back in before the weekend.

Proud of this team and the care they put into every job. 👏🎨🔨
