These are pictures of the areas
That went with the 4plex job, not only did the flooring, and bathroom needed to be done we were also hired to clean the hallways (common area shared by the tenents), windows needed to be wipe down and window frames, lots of cobwebs to knock down, wiped down the trim N walls, doors N door trim, wipe down light fixtures, vacume, sanitize and clean sinks(4) they all some sort of mold(?). Lots of piddly little things that needed to be done before the rest of the tenants move in on the Feb.1st. I did forget to take bedore pics of this part sorry! Check out my other post for additional pics of the other work we did over there

Currently we are working on a 4plex, (4 apartments in 1 building) doing the painting, cleaning, flooring in the kitchen N bathroom, repairing a toilet. 2 out of the 4 are the ones being renovated and I have pics to show our amazing, talented skills!

Sorry I haven’t posted in a bit but been very busy with Holidays!! I hope everyone had an amazing Christmas and New Year! We have some good deals coming up for February 2020, for both of our regular clients and our future NEW clients! Keep an eye 👁 out for them! FYI for every new client you will recieve 1 free cleaning after you have had N paid for your 1st cleaning by yours truly!

Today/ N tonight we did alot donating our time and talents and started helping with the cleaning and painting (we will doing more) to help the out. Good people with awesome kiddos who have to be in a home by the 12th (?). This place was far from habitable and Iam proud of the work they did but they needed help and landlord couldn’t help them. Anyways here are some photos of before and afters ... remember we had limited Supplies N its a work in progress

This is a before and after of shower that was very stained and dirty took a bit but when I was finished cleaning.. it looked brand new!
