Our staff work around the clock so people can do laundry, flush the toilet, and run their businesses whenever they want. NEW Water is a wholesale provider of wastewater treatment and conveyance services to 15 municipal customers, serving approximately 238,000 residents thr

oughout a 285-square-mile area. We collect and treat an average of 41 million gallons a day from our two facilities. Yesterday, in celebration of Employee Appreciation & Wisconsin Wastewater Professionals Appreciation Day, we recognized & thanked our team for their hard work, accomplishments, hard work, and dedication throughout the year. We are grateful for everything they do to protect our most valuable resource, water.

NEW Water is currently rehabilitating approximately 13,000 feet of sanitary sewer in downtown Green Bay & surrounding areas. This important work will improve system reliability & reduce long-term maintenance needs. With outdoor events bringing more activity downtown, we ask everyone to stay alert & use caution near our work zones.
Please remember to:
🔶 Follow directions displayed on traffic control signs
🔶 Stay out of areas closed with traffic control devices like cones, barrels, & barricades
🔶 Stay alert for construction crews & equipment in our work zones
🔶 Avoid going near the work zones

Save yourself the trouble: your toilet only likes the – P*e, Poo, and (toilet) Paper.
Flushing anything else can cause costly repairs and backups.
