This position starts part-time, but can become full-time as the Office Manager once the daily responsibilities are mastered.

Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities:

- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
- Answers phone calls, schedules cleans.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, printing, scanning etc.
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and text.
- Provides information by answering questions and requests.
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
- Pass a drug and background check.
- Drive company car to visit cleaning locations.

Work Schedule

- Monday thru Friday from 7am to the afternoon

Education and Experience Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Administrative assistant experience preferred
- Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and ability to learn new software
- Valid driver’s license
