Best month for TC Cleaning after 7 months of operation.

No capital expenses so we kept a nice portion. It was a BOATLOAD of work and quite frankly, it wore me out. I don't like turning down business so I've been sacrificing nights and weekends to get the work done and I worked every single day but two. Next big step for me is to hire a team and create systems to handle the workload.

I've been at every cleaning so far and did over 1000 cleaning hours in the first 7 months. I got first hand experience of the many different finishes, products, tools, dirt levels, customer needs, market prices, etc and was totally necessary for me to be able to run a cleaning company. I have to know what clean looks like. I'll probably do a large majority of the cleanings for another year but eventually I'll work my way out of it and be comfortable enough to hire people and send them on their own. That's when we will see real growth.

We completed 258 cleaning hours in June which yields a revenue rate of $23.83/hr and a profit rate of $14.04/hr. $6k/mo is nice but I'm confident I can build this thing to $10k/mo and way beyond. There's enough cleaning opportunities for everybody in Columbus and I'm coming after a big chunk.
