An Email from one of our clients today:

We had ServPro out to our office today per our conversation on Saturday evening and they said that a very thorough job was done cleaning up any water from the toilet pipe that broke. There wasn’t anything additional that was needed from their standpoint.

I wanted to say thank you so much for taking care of it on Saturday and helping make sure our building was clean and dry. I expected so much worse but your team and you really stepped up and exceeding my expectations. Please pass along my appreciation to your team that was onsite as this could have been a much worse experience.

We had a plumber out today and replaced both upstairs bathroom parts that caused the issue as well as installed a new toilet in the back bathroom; hopefully we won’t find your team in a similar situation any time soon!
