Customer had a 350 degree roast tip out of the oven New Years weekend. She has 2 nd degree burns from the knees down. The least we could do was save her rug!
It was saturated with grease all the way through the backing.

Another company dried and cleaned this rug. Red had bled over half this wool/silk rug in a flood.
We strip washed and cleaned along with cleaning 35 other rugs for this customer.
That’s a very busy two weeks for us!

This little guy didn’t stand a chance in his vulnerable spot today. Hoses and equipment had to pass by, so built him a little refuge.
