Bumble Flower Beetle... Found this guy on my back porch just now....
Bumble Flower Beetle, is a harmless, fuzzy, yellowish-brown scarab beetle often mistaken for a bumblebee due to its loud buzzing flight. Native to North America, it feeds on nectar, pollen, and rotting fruit, while its grubs consume decaying organic matter, making them beneficial decomposers. They are active in warm, sunny weather, especially in spring and fall, and are not considered pests.
