Aiden just wrapped up one of the nastiest jobs we’ve tackled in a while at a restaurant spot around the Grand Rapids area (keeping the name under wraps for privacy).
This place had a full-on cockroach takeover—major infestation style. We’re talking roaches everywhere you looked: crawling on walls, in equipment, behind appliances, the works. If you’ve never seen a bad roach problem up close, this was textbook nightmare fuel.
We shot this video two months ago during the peak of it. Fast forward to now? The place is spotless. No more roaches in sight. Took a few solid treatments, some serious deep cleaning, and persistence, but we got it locked down and under control.

Just tackled one of the nastiest bed bug jobs we’ve seen in a while! 😱
This new customer’s couch was absolutely loaded—hundreds of active bed bugs crawling everywhere, and the bottom was a total nightmare packed with clusters of eggs just waiting to hatch. It was straight-up gross, but we got it handled!
Big shoutout to Kenny for taking care of this disgusting infestation like a champ. 💪 Thanks for keeping our customers pest-free!
