Good morning, and happy Friday!

I would like to take a moment to inform everyone of an important change to my payment policy.

For those who have placed orders with me in the past, you know that I have traditionally collected payment once your customized products were completed. Unfortunately, due to several recent instances of customers becoming unresponsive after their orders were finished, I have had to reconsider this process.

Moving forward, all orders will require payment upfront before production begins. Payments can be made through an invoice or an accepted third-party payment platform, such as Venmo.

This change will help protect my time, materials, and small business while allowing me to continue providing customized products and services.

I sincerely appreciate your understanding, continued support, and cooperation as I implement this new policy.

Thank you for supporting my small business!
