Texcare International - New dimensions in performance with KANNEGIESSER

The textile care industry continues to be subjected to price and competitive pressures, while facing at the same time increasing operating cost for personnel, textiles and energy. As a result, the demand for increased productivity - while lowering operating costs – with continued consistent high quality and improved availability is paramount.

With this central theme in mind, Kannegiesser will exhibit during Texcare 2012 the necessary information, ideas and concrete examples for successful refurbishing and step-by-step modernization for today’s laundry operations. Consequently, the resulting increased efficiency affecting the entire business will be clearly demonstrated.

The seamless integration of different technology sectors will be made possible by showcasing a representative cross-section of our machine technology. Additional examples for logistics, data and information management, intelligent transport and sorting technology as well as actual examples for resource management (energy and water) will be displayed.

Particularly in the area of machine technology, significant development and progress has been made. The PowerTrans series of continuous batch washing systems have been optimized with unprecedented features – increasing performance and flexibility while drastically lowering operating cost.

In the flatwork area we will demonstrate new logistical approaches and advanced feeding technology. The entire ironing process has been further improved with increased performance, operational safety and overall high quality finish.

The focus on energy efficiency is evident in improved water extraction devices and revised dryer designs, as well as incorporating garment tunnel finishers into the scope of energy management.

Kannegiesser continues to lead the way in Laundry Technology and Innovation for today’s textile care operations.

CLEAN SHOW 2011 PREVIEW

Kannegiesser USA is proud to announce the plans for the Las Vegas CLEAN Show 2011. Under the theme of “The Leader in Laundry Technology”, the Kannegiesser display located in booth #2237 will show machines representing the entire range of the company’s product offering. All divisions: from washing, moisture extraction and drying technology, garment processing and flatwork feeding, finishing and folding machines will be in the booth.

A sampling of Kannegiesser’s latest design innovations in high speed and high quality finishing systems will be exhibited. The North American debut of the high speed corner-less spreader feeder model EMX will be a highlight of the booth. This unit will be demonstrated on a continuous basis in conjunction with the large piece folder model CFM.

Also on display will be the linen separating system model CSP/PU-12U and the multi-station 138” wide feeder Kannegiesser model EMQ coupled with a 138” wide high speed folder model SFM.

An example of high-production ironing technology will be shown through the HPM Ironer Heating Band model with a self-contained gas fired thermal oil system. Making a CLEAN Show debut this year is the folding robot model FA-X 900 for automatic folding of a variety of garments.

Finally, the Kannegiesser PowerTrans Batch Washing System, PowerPress wide format press extractor and demonstration model of a PowerDry batch dryer will be in the booth showing the an example of a state of the art in wash equipment.

Conveniently located at the entrance of the showroom floor, booth #2237 clearly demonstrates why Kannegiesser is “The Leader in Laundry Technology”.
