Okay so I'm going to share one of my horror stories. Cleaning houses is a lot of work and a lot of times it's gross disgusting work. I had a lady who frantically called me on a Sunday and said it was an emergency that I come and deep clean her home because she's trying to sell it so her realtor (he sends me so much work, I felt obligated) has suggested she give me a call. So long story short I take the client on go do her house in an emergency, change my schedule around to fit her in on my days that I could get her the soonest possible and we get there with all of our good cleaning supplies and get started. We worked 6 hours and in that time we heard multiple times how her house had never been so clean and it smelled wonderful and thank you so much for doing such a hard-working job well we get paid I go home I get a call about an hour later and this lady is livid she is livid said how poorly I did, there was some spots still on her kitchen cabinets, I suggested I come back and touch up, I reminded her it was a deep clean and not a move out, and I am only human and do miss things and make mistakes and would gladly come back, she would not listen to me just rambled on about how she felt exploited because of the price that I charged her to clean her home, mind you we walk in there and she told me they had lived there for 3 years and it had not been cleaned since they moved into it. I took and removed the toilet seats that were stuck on the toilet because of p*e that had been there for 3 yrs. Everything around the toilet was black it took me. 2 hrs to clean her bathroom. Her shower door was so dirty I had to scape it with a razor to see through it. I went to her home, looked her in her eyes slammed her check in her hand and said wjat do you think is a fair price? I was the one who left being exploited, I came in a pinch, cleaned her filthy home full of dog hair, grease and grime, I listened to her political bu****it and made to take less of a pay because she felt I didn't clean her kitchen cabinets to spotless and I offered to remedy the problem. I took $175 less than my price and learned a lesson AGAIN never to take a job before looking at It and agreement on a price. .
