Restoration 1 is at the top of my list for every service they offer. My copper water line through my attic to my evaporative cooler split, causing interior water damage. We caught the issue quickly, but it had already soaked insulation and drywall. Restoration 1 was recommended by my local insurance carrier and I called right away. The manager was kind, thorough, and professional. After I explained the situation, their team was at my house within an hour. Anyone who has experienced an event like this will know, there are a LOT of moving pieces. The team at Restoration 1 was professional, answered all my questions, and really went out of their way to be as accommodating and kind as possible. Their attention to detail is really impressive. Their report was so thorough, the adjuster didn't even have questions! I was provided with clear communication and time-lines at every step of the process, and my calls were always answered. I was never made to feel like an interruption or a hassle, even after they had my contract and payment. They performed both the mitigation and repairs!! These things do take time, depending on the damage, of course, but even that went very quickly and their work was excellent. The attention to detail they paid and the effort they went to to ensure a quality result was clear at every step. Every single employee interaction was great. You can tell this team is quality, top to bottom.
An important note... I'd be remiss not to mention how affordable their prices are. This kind of thing can get expensive, fast! After receiving quotes from a few other places for a few of the repairs, it became clear that Restoration 1 saved me THOUSANDS of dollars, and honestly, a LOT of hassle.
Frankly, this company has set a new gold standard for how to do business AND customer service. You all have my whole family's gratitude for making an unhappy and expensive event as painless as possible. It was honestly a pleasure to meet you all. Thank you, so much, for everything you did for us!!
