Water will be off today until approximately 2:00 PM.

We were asked to please notify everyone that there was a vehicle theft in our neighborhood. Please don't assume we are safe because we live in a relatively quiet safe area. People do come through and try doors on vehicles parked outside. If you leave keys in a car consider it gone. Park in your garage if you can. If not always lock your vehicle. Thanks for reading our PSA!
While our covenants don't govern political signage, please consider your fellow neighbors. Campaigning 4 years in advance is a bit much. Let's keep it relevant. Thanks all, appreciate your feedback!

Looks like 10/30/20 is when the irrigation water is scheduled to be turned off.
Couple of suggestions!
Blow out your sprinklers....
Leave your main valve off after your system is evacuated for a couple of days.
Don't forget to shut it though!
Spring comes faster than we realize!
