Hey "Peeps!" Happy Easter!

I'm a little behind on posting this, my beautiful wife chose the same day to turn 30 so I spent it with her and the boys.
(She needs to pick a better birth date...!)

We're "Springing" back and almost ready to go for the season!

Grand Isle is known as the "Beauty Spot of Vermont" and we've been here for over 230 years (not personally. I'm old, but not THAT old!) But I can't imagine a better place for my kids or future generations to enjoy the same scenery, community and charm that I grew up with. All that to say we're dedicated to keeping it the "Beauty Spot of Vermont"

We'll be changing it up this year and we're limiting our services to:

House, deck and concrete cleaning

Wood deck and furniture restorations, limited slots available.
(Our process not only eliminates organic growth, but it removes the dead fibers on the surface and pulls the natural tannins from the interior to the surface making the deck or furniture look like new!)

Thank you to all of our incredible customers for your amazing support during our first full-time season!

Our last two jobs of the year were extra special. We had the honor of freshening up the front façade and vestibule at Champlain Islanders Developing Essential Resources (CIDER) — a truly vital organization in our Island community. They provide meals to local seniors and people with disabilities, build ramps, rides to medical appointments, and SO much more.

My grandmother was one of their regular recipients, and even with her dementia, she never forgot to tell me how much CIDER meant to her and to our community!

Our final job of the season was for a Vietnam-era Frogman veteran (Navy SEAL before the SEALs officially existed) who also spent years volunteering with CIDER after his military service.

I'm immensely grateful to have been able to help both — yes, we did charge them some money.

As we wrap up for the year, we’re shifting gears into Cheeky Cheeses — our fully licensed cold smokery based right here in the Islands. We source local products and specialize in smoking and seasoning cheese (mostly Cabot) low and slow.

We’re cheese with attitude!

Just finished up a full log home restoration where we stripped off the old stain, sanded, caulked, and applied a fresh new color. The results were night and day!
