One of my favorite moments from last week 😂💛

I was up in Grand Forks helping clean and moving a million miles an hour. I grabbed a bottle that looked like Simple Clean and started dusting away.

A few minutes later Gabby looks at me and very politely goes,
“Trisha… you do know that’s floor cleaner, right?” 🤣

Sure enough… it was.

But honestly, what stood out to me wasn’t me accidentally dusting with floor cleaner 😂 it was Gabby’s confidence and professionalism. She was respectful, kind, and confident enough to correct the owner when something wasn’t right.

That’s the kind of employee you WANT on your team.

Someone who pays attention.
Someone who cares enough to speak up.
Someone who protects the standard no matter who made the mistake.

And honestly… I respected her even more for it. 💛
