Feeding people has always felt like an act of love to me. ❤️
My husband and I spent our Sunday in the kitchen making homemade chicken Alfredo for all of our Grand Forks staff.
Our team spends their days taking care of other people. They work hard, they take care of our clients' homes, and they are such a huge part of what makes TLC what it is. I never want to lose sight of the fact that behind our company are real people with families, busy lives, long days, and a lot on their plates.
So this was our little way of taking care of them.
I wanted them to be able to go home, put a pan of Alfredo in the oven, and have dinner taken care of. No cooking. No dishes. No cleanup. No having to figure out what's for dinner after a long day.
Just go home and enjoy dinner with the people you love.
I truly believe that when people give so much of themselves to your company, you should find ways to give back to them too. Sometimes that looks like big things, and sometimes it looks like spending your Sunday in the kitchen making homemade Alfredo.
To our team, thank you. We see how hard you work. We appreciate what you do for our clients and for TLC, and we are incredibly grateful that you've chosen to be part of this company.
