Booked 6 hours but the cleaners left in 3? Here's what really happened. ⏱️

It's a great question, and the answer is all about labor hours.

We bill in labor hours, which is the total combined working time of everyone on the team. So one cleaner working 6 hours and two cleaners working 3 hours each? Both equal 6 labor hours.

That means a two-person team can finish your home in half the clock time, while the labor hours stay exactly the same. You're getting the full amount of cleaning, just faster, and with less disruption to your day.

So if your team arrives as a pair and wraps up quickly, that's not less cleaning. It's a more efficient way to deliver the same great result. ✨

One of the most common questions we hear: "How often should I have my home cleaned?" The answer comes down to how easy your home is to maintain.

Weekly cleaning keeps homes the cleanest. Dust, pet hair, and buildup never get a chance to accumulate, so each visit is quick and easy.

Biweekly is our most popular option and works beautifully for most families. It's the sweet spot of clean and affordable.

Monthly cleaning works too, but since more time passes between visits, each clean takes more work.
