WE ARE STILL IN BUSINESS! * PSA * PSA *
Good afternoon to all of our friends, family, and loyal customers.
I wanted to make a post to help clear the air and explain some of the confusion surrounding what has recently been happening with Just The Details LLC.
Back in March, we made the decision to downsize from our large warehouse into a slightly smaller setup. Our goal was simple — reduce overhead costs so we could invest more back into the business and continue improving the quality of service we provide to all of you.
When we moved into the building in Burton, we were under the impression that everything was approved and ready for us to operate. Unfortunately, shortly after moving in, we were informed that the building was not properly zoned for multiple business occupancy, and the property owner was not interested in pursuing the changes necessary to make it work.
To be completely honest, it was devastating. In what felt like overnight, we went from being excited about the future to suddenly being without a place to operate our business.
What many people may not know is that this business originally started mobile and out on property we own here in Davison. That is where we will temporarily be operating from again while we search for a new building that better fits our needs and keeps us local to the customers who have supported us from day one.
I do want everyone to know this: we are still fully operational and committed to taking care of you. Please do not hesitate to reach out for any of your vehicle needs. Whether that means mobile service, pickup and delivery accommodations, or working directly from our Davison location, we will do everything possible to make it happen.
We still have all of our equipment, tools, and passion behind this business, and we are still proudly servicing vehicles, boats, motorcycles, airplanes, and more.
We understand this change may come as a surprise, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or confusion it may cause — especially for customers who already have appointments scheduled with us.
This has been an incredibly difficult and humbling situation for us. We took a major leap in hopes of growing and bettering our business, only for things to unexpectedly fall through. But through it all, the support, patience, and encouragement we’ve received from so many of you has meant more than we can put into words.
Thank you to everyone who continues to stand behind us and support Just The Details LLC through this temporary bump in the road. We are committed to pushing forward, continuing to grow, and coming back stronger than ever.
