A common problem I see is mold in grout lines.
“Clean tok” has exposed some dangerous & uneducated cleaning hacks.
DO NOT bleach your grout!!! As a professional I can clean but it’s a home owners responsibility in those high traffic areas to get your showers resealed. The problem will keep resurfacing. I am a cleaner, not restoration company.
During my consults with new clients, I will go over all expectations as well as ADVICE for maintenance.
