Basic Cleaning Service includes:
Kitchen- wipe off & sanitize counters, wipe down fronts of cabinets, microwave inside & out, range & refrigerator outside & top, floors sweep & mop, wipe off items on counters.
Bathrooms- wipe off & sanitize counters, clean shower/tub inside & out, clean toilet inside & out, floors sweep & mop.
Bedrooms- dust, vacuum, get rid of cobwebs, make bed, if desired, change linens, if provided, vacuum, sweep & mop.
Common areas- dust furniture & display items if desired, get rid of cobwebs, vacuum carpeted areas including stairs & furniture, sweep & mop, polish wood furniture.
Laundry Room- wipe down washer/dryer & counters, fronts of cabinets, vacuum out lint trap, sweep & mop.
Office- dust/polish all exposed counter space on desk and bookcases, get rid of cobwebs, vacuum, sweep & mop.
Baseboards and window sills wiped down in all rooms.
