Completion on some light demo and removal/safe disposal work today. We took out the underlayment floor, giving rebirth to the hardwood underneath. We also removed post-demo materials from the homeowners’ previous job, a few cabinets, a couple of old bed frames, and some random items below the deck.

Today we completed a job pulling about an acre of Bush Honeysuckle, and removing it from the homeowner’s property. Honeysuckles are extremely invasive and have been shown to cause a loss in plant diversity, especially herbaceous species, low growing shrubs, and tree seedlings, primarily by blocking out sunlight. While we like to focus primarily on interior and exterior cleans; slaying this invasive plant and restoring our natural habitat is too much fun to pass up.
