Now Hiring: Detail-Oriented Housekeepers (Part-Time) to work at The Boardwalk Hotel on Lake Anna (Mineral, VA)

WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS REQUIRED

We are seeking reliable, detail-focused individuals with housekeeping experience to join our team. This is a fast-paced position that requires independence, accountability, and teamwork to meet daily deadlines.

Responsibilities
• Clean and stage guest rooms for the next arrival, including:
• Changing bed linens and duvet covers
• Refilling hygiene and toiletry supplies
• Restocking coffee/tea, towels, and other amenities
• Vacuuming, mopping, and dusting
• Complete laundry tasks: washing, folding into sets, and restocking supply rooms
• Perform public area cleaning (lobbies, hallways, etc.) daily
• Remove trash and deliver to onsite receptacles
• Ensure all tasks are completed before check-in deadlines

Requirements
• Must be reliable and able to work with little to no supervision
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Transportation required valid DL
• Previous hotel or laundry experience a plus
• Must be able to handle physical demands: walking, bending, reaching, squatting
• While the hotel has an elevator, this role still requires a lot of walking during each shift
• Weekend and holiday availability required (no evening shifts)

Spring is here and summer is right around the corner, which means our busy season at Lake Anna has already started. We’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented housekeepers to join our team.

If you enjoy staying active, take pride in a job well done, and like working in a team environment, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:
• Cleaning and preparing guest rooms for new arrivals
• Changing linens and restocking towels and amenities
• Cleaning public areas such as hallways and lobby
• Helping ensure rooms are ready before check-in

Requirements:
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently
• Must pass a background check
• Must pass a drug test
• Weekend & holiday availability required
• Housekeeping experience is a plus/will train correct candidates
