🚧 Meet your new property manager.

You didn’t hire him. He doesn’t pay rent. And he’s already approved a six-bedroom addition underneath your shed.

His qualifications include:

🚨 Minutes from the emergency Wildlife HOA meeting:

🦝 Raccoon: “Jimmy evicted me from a beautiful three-bedroom attic. I had JUST finished chewing the wiring.”

🐿️ Squirrel: “He closed our private entrance. Apparently ‘a hole in the soffit’ isn’t an approved architectural feature.”

🦫 Groundhog: “My underground addition was NONE of his business.”

The possum declined to comment because the stress killed him. He recovered when snacks arrived.

The board unanimously voted to leave Jimmy a one-star review. Unfortunately, nobody knows the Wi-Fi password. 😂
