Meet the Team: Jimmy Hunter

Every great team needs a leader, and at ACES Wildlife Solutions, that role belongs to Jimmy Hunter.

If the A(CES)-Team had a Hannibal, it would be Jimmy. Calm under pressure, always thinking three steps ahead, and somehow able to turn wildlife chaos into a workable plan, Jimmy is the guy who keeps the mission moving forward.

With years of hands-on wildlife experience, he's tackled everything from stubborn raccoons and crafty squirrels to the occasional "how in the world did that get up there?" situation. While the rest of the crew may be busy chasing wildlife, Jimmy is usually the one figuring out the best solution to the problem.

When he's not helping customers protect their homes, you'll likely find him teaching the next generation of wildlife professionals, troubleshooting a complicated project, or smiling when a plan comes together.

Special Skills:
🦝 Wildlife problem-solving
πŸ”¨ Exclusion and repair expertise
πŸ“‹ Strategic planning
😎 Remaining calm while everyone else is losing theirs

Fun Fact: Jimmy has spent so many years solving wildlife problems that he can usually tell what's living in your house before he even climbs into the attic.

Meet the Team: The A(CES)-Team Edition 🦝🐿️🐍

If you have a wildlife problem, if no one else can help, and if you can find them... maybe you can hire the A(CES)-Team.

Before the explosions, helicopter dreams, and wildlife adventures begin, it's time to get to know the crew behind ACES Wildlife Solutions!

Over the next few weeks, we'll be introducing the team members who spend their days outsmarting raccoons, evicting squirrels, relocating snakes, repairing wildlife damage, and occasionally convincing Drake that he does not, in fact, need a helicopter.

From Jimmy's steady leadership and years of experience, to Heather's marketing magic, to Kordel's fearless approach to absolutely everything, and Drake's unwavering commitment to turning every wildlife call into an action movieβ€”there's never a dull moment around here.

Stay tuned as we pull back the curtain and introduce the personalities behind the uniforms. We promise they're almost as entertaining as the wildlife they deal with.

Tuesday Tips With Jimmy & Drake

Trying to figure out what type of wildlife may be moving in on your home?

Listen to When the Noise Happens
The time of day you hear noises can tell us a lot:

πŸŒ…Dusk/Dawn = Could be bats, could be squirrels let us help figure that part out

πŸŒ™ Night = Often raccoons, mice, or opossums

When customers call, one of the first things we ask is when they're hearing the noise.

🦫 More You Know Monday: Muskrat Edition!

Did You Know?

Despite their name, muskrats aren't actually rats! 🧐

Muskrats are semi-aquatic mammals that spend most of their time in and around ponds, lakes, creeks, and marshes. They're excellent swimmers and can stay underwater for up to 15 minutes while searching for food or escaping predators.

While they may look harmless, muskrats can cause problems for property owners by:

🌱 Burrowing into pond banks and dams
πŸ’§ Causing erosion and water leaks
🏑 Undermining shorelines near homes and outbuildings
🌾 Damaging landscaping and aquatic vegetation

If you've noticed holes near your pond, collapsing banks, or signs of burrowing activity, a muskrat may have moved in.

The More You Know: Those cute little swimmers can create some big headaches when they decide your pond bank is the perfect place for a home.

Today, we pause to remember the brave men and women who gave the ultimate sacrifice for our country.
Because of their courage, dedication, and selflessness, we are able to enjoy the freedoms we often take for granted every single day.

From all of us at ACES Wildlife Solutions, we extend our deepest gratitude to the fallen heroes and the families who carry their legacy forward.

This Memorial Day, may we honor them not just with words, but with remembrance, respect, and appreciation.

Thank you for your sacrifice. We will never forget.
