Most property managers we talk to are working with four different vendors for the outside of their building. One for windows, one for gutters, someone else when the glass gets scratched up. It does not have to be that complicated.
We do all of it. Windows inside and out, screens and tracks included, plus window film if you want the heat and glare down. Gutters cleared and flushed, gutter guards so it happens less often, and we jet the underground lines most buildings have never had touched.
And the glass restoration is the one that surprises people. Hard water spots from sprinklers, graffiti, scratches, overspray from a construction job next door. You are probably not looking at a replacement bid. We can usually bring it back.
