Strawberry Suds Car Wash

🍓🏆 WOW! WHAT AN HONOR! THANK YOU! 🏆🍓

We are incredibly excited and humbled to share that Strawberry Suds Car Wash has been nominated as one of the TOP 5 in The Telegraph's Best of the Best awards!

What makes this recognition even more special to us is that we've only owned the car wash for a little over a year!

When we took over, we had a vision of bringing new life to the wash, improving the equipment, and giving our customers a better car washing experience. From our new touch-free automatic wash to our new Strawberry Suds identity, we've put a lot of time, effort, and heart into making those improvements.

To be recognized by our community in such a short time means more to us than we can put into words.

❤️ To everyone who nominated us, THANK YOU! ❤️

We know there are many great businesses in Madison County, and simply being included among the top five is an accomplishment we're extremely proud of.

Voting is now open for the final round, and if you feel we've earned your vote, we'd certainly appreciate your continued support!

🍓🚗 Winter is Coming! Here’s What to Expect from Our New Automatic Wash! ❄️

As temperatures start to drop, we wanted to share a few things you may notice with our new Washworld Double Barrel Touch-Free Automatic Wash at Strawberry Suds Car Wash!

🌡️ 42°F and Below – Doors Stay Closed
When temperatures drop to 42°F or below, our automatic wash will begin keeping the entrance and exit doors closed to help protect the equipment from the cold. Don't worry—the wash may still be open and operating! The doors will open automatically when needed.

🥶 Extremely Cold Temperatures – Automatic Shutdown
When temperatures get too cold for safe operation, the system will automatically shut down to protect the equipment from freezing or damage.

🚦 New OPEN/CLOSED Sign
We've installed a new illuminated OPEN/CLOSED sign to make it easy to tell whether the automatic wash is available.

✅ OPEN – The automatic wash is ready for business!

🛑 CLOSED – The automatic wash is temporarily unavailable. The pay station will also display a "Wash Out of Service" message.

☀️ Automatic Reopening
The good news? Our system monitors temperatures and will automatically reopen once conditions warm up enough for safe operation!

We know winter can be one of the times your vehicle needs a wash the most, especially with all the road salt and grime. We'll do our best to keep the wash available whenever temperatures allow!

🍓 Thank you for choosing Strawberry Suds Car Wash! We're excited to bring you a better wash experience all year long! 🚗✨

Ever notice how some automatic washes leave that annoying line of soap dripping out from behind your side mirrors after the wash? Not at Strawberry Suds! 🍓🫧

Our Washworld automatic features Mirror Detailer technology designed to give those hard-to-reach areas a little extra attention during the spot-free rinse.

🔹 Pivoting Wash Arm: As the machine passes your mirrors, the wash arm pivots to get a better angle on the mirror area.

🔹 Targeted Spot-Free Rinse: Dedicated nozzles spray spot-free water around the mirrors to flush away trapped soap residue and help reduce those streaks and spots that can show up after you leave the bay.

It’s just one more way our new touch-free automatic goes beyond the basic wash to give your vehicle a cleaner, better-looking finish.

🍓✨ A Sweet Clean Shine for JSK Cleaning! ✨🍓

We had a great-looking visitor stop by Strawberry Suds! JSK Cleaning from Jerseyville, IL brought their ride over to put our new touch-free automatic wash to work—and it left with a sweet, clean Strawberry Suds shine! 🚙💦

We love seeing other local businesses supporting local businesses. Thanks to the crew at JSK Cleaning for making the trip over and trusting Strawberry Suds to freshen up the company vehicle!

If your car, truck, or work vehicle could use a little extra shine, swing by and give our new touch-free automatic wash a try. 🍓🫧

Clean car. Sweet shine. Strawberry Suds.

Bugs don’t stand a chance. 🍓💦

Our Berry Ultimate Wash includes Washworld’s Bug A’Salt process, designed to give bug-covered areas of your vehicle some extra attention before the main wash.

Here’s how it works: the Washworld Razor Double Barrel makes an additional mirror-to-mirror pass across the front of the vehicle, focusing extra cleaning action on the areas where bugs tend to collect most — including the windshield, mirrors, grille, hood, and front bumper.

That extra pass helps loosen stubborn bug residue so the rest of the touch-free wash can do a better job of rinsing it away.

✅ Extra mirror-to-mirror cleaning pass
✅ Targets bug-heavy front surfaces
✅ Helps loosen stubborn bug residue
✅ Included with our Berry Ultimate Wash

If summer driving has the front of your vehicle covered in bugs, choose Berry Ultimate and let Bug A’Salt give it some extra attention! 🍓🚗✨

The automatic bay is open again. Sorry for the inconvenience.

08/27/2026

Our automatic wash will be temporarily closed on Friday, August 28, beginning at 9:00 AM while crews make adjustments to the newly installed dryers.

After reviewing the installation, we believe the dryers need to be repositioned to better match the manufacturer’s recommendations. We have asked the installation crew to make these corrections before we give final approval on the new equipment.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience. We want to make sure everything is installed properly and operating as intended, and we believe these adjustments will provide a better drying experience for our customers.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support!
