Full circle moments like this are what it's all about!

This year, DJ, Carter, and Dylan returned to our Skilled Trades Bootcamp, not as students, but as mentors, sharing their knowledge and encouraging the next generation of skilled trades professionals.

⭐ Dylan was part of our very first Bootcamp in 2021.
⭐ Carter joined the program in 2023.
⭐ DJ completed Bootcamp in 2024.

Watching them invest in the next group of students is a reminder of what makes this industry, and our team, so special. When you believe in people, they grow. And before long, they're helping others do the same.

We're proud of these guys and grateful they chose to give back to the program that helped launch their careers.
