Good evening Globe-Miami residents, I’d like to thank all of you that I have had the pleasure of doing business with. At this time, I am not capable of accepting anymore clients, as I have secured new employment. Beginning September my availability will reflect after school hours/vacations. I try to accommodate every clients budget and schedule the best I can. This season has been overwhelming due to rain and reputation, which has made me realize I don’t have all the equipment or man power to full fill every clients requests. This rain we’ve been having is so desperately needed but maybe it has your weeds/grass out of control, maybe these storms have damaged some trees or maybe you need a trench dug to protect your driveways/homes. It’s possible you have a pile of trash laying around and you just want it cleaned up. Whatever the case may be Jeanette’s Home & Yard Services are here and happy to help. I would like to formally inform all our Globe-Miami clients that due to some unforeseen circumstances my former business partner (Mark Knight Jr.) and I no longer associate under the name J&M’s Yard Services. I am working on having updated business cards made.

Please allow me to re-introduce my small business as Jeanette’s Home & Yard Services, a small family operation that takes pride in a job well done and ensures customers are satisfied. I have taken this time to work on expanding our business into other categories such as house cleaning and minor home repairs. We do our best to accommodate all our clients needs and budgets. The business name may have changed but my business motto remains the same; no job too small, nor too big give us a call or text for a free estimate!

Also as of now, we are not accepting any form of electronic payments, unfortunately it’s cash or check only. I’m working on getting a business account created to make transactions easier for those of you who choose to pay Zelle, Facebook Pay, Venmo, Pay Pal, or Cash App. I will update you all once I have these accounts created successfully and new business cards have arrived.

Lastly, I thank all of our clients who continue business with us during this time of transition, your support and understanding is appreciated beyond measure!

Today from 11:00am-5:00pm we delivered over 160 business cards to the Hunter, Skyline, and Central Heights area in efforts to reach potential clients. We are working on expanding our business. Check your fences, doors, and mailboxes for our cards if you’re interested in our services. I can assure you our intentions were good and we didn’t take anything from anyones yards or mailboxes. I apologize to upset or worry anyone and I can see how it looks with the mailbox situation we didn’t want to “trespass” or get close to dogs so the mailboxes was our next best bet. I was not aware that it’s illegal and I will not be placing anything in anyones mailboxes again. Not causing drama just wanting to clarify and show that not everyone is up to something bad all the time.

The yard business is starting to pick up which is fantastic but between Mark working a full time job and me being as far along in the pregnancy I am, we really need reliable help. Anyone interested in putting in part time hours in a week, making cash under the table, and hard working please reach out. It’s getting to be too much for me physically especially in this heat.

Well in an hour and a half with just 3 of us we filled up 5 big black trash bags and cleaned all the way from the main entrance to the pumping station. We will go out again same time tomorrow if anyone would like to join us it would be appreciated!

J&M's Yard Services are looking for volunteers to help clean up our community. We love riding through Pinal Creek and have been seeing a lot more of it lately. With that being said it is sad to see how trashed it is. We really would love to pick it up but it's a lot of ground to cover for just two people. We will provide waters and trash bags to anyone that would like to help us. You would have to provide your own gloves. Starting tomorrow Saturday March 12th we are going to begin the clean up at 10:00 am anyone interested can meet us at the main entrance behind Wendy's and we can separate into groups from there. Lets take care of and enjoy our trails again. Thank you in advance!
