Hi Everyone,

I just wanted to make sure everyone knows what it is we do here at Rainy Day Cleaning. It is important to note that this is a legitimate business. I have often said that hiring someone to clean is an appropriate delegation of duty. If you have a family, this sort of service makes general decluttering a higher priority for children and families to accomplish. We specialize in calcium

removal from fixtures in kitchen and bathroom as long as fixtures are not marred. There are times when bathtubs have been resurfaced. These surfaces cannot be restored in most cases. We also specialize in window cleaning. We do not service upper story outdoor windows. We do declutter services as well as move in's or move outs. For folks that require move out services, we can guarantee your cleaning/security deposits! However we cannot do drywall repair, the repairs to doors or appliances or painting services. We have worked many hours (up to 20) in at least 2 instances where folks have secured their security deposit but not paying us. Because of this we no longer will work for more than 5 hours without at least payment up front for the 5 hours we have worked. We do party cleanups and charge hourly for services. If you are an established client we may come out in a short notice. We also do dog mucking, and yard work at the hourly rate unless it is a part of a regular cleaning. We have our own lawnmower and weed eater and rakes and trash cans but cannot take away yard refuse. We do not know how to trim trees or landscaping. We have also worked in the capacity of dog walking or dog sitting by coming to your house. Please ask for rates as it will depend on your location. Whatever your cleaning needs are, please message us and we will be in contact with you shortly. We are a mother, daughter team but I will work alone when necessary except for the first time cleaning. For safety reasons, all first time cleanings will include a second person. We have a 30 mile limit that we will drive. That means that we will go to Chandler, Tucson, Scottsdale, North Scottsdale, Avondale, Surprise, Phoenix, Paradise Valley, Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Avondale, South Phoenix; even Buckeye. You can check for yourself by putting us into maps. We live currently near close by to Glendale Community College. Our prices are as follows:

Declutter services: $20 per hour for one person or $40 per hour for 2 people. People usually can handle about 4 hours at a time per week which gives folks a week to adjust to the changes. We will take your items from you and dispose of properly by donating them if they are able to be donated. General Cleaning:

First time cleaning is $20 per hour for 1 person or $40 per hour for 2 people. Our minimum varies depending on location. For folks under 5 miles away our minimum is $60. For folks 6-15 miles away the minimum is $80. For folks 16-30 miles away the minimum is $100. In general, there is a discount given for more frequent cleanings. Declutter jobs include haul away services as long as they will fit in or onto our vehicle. We appreciate the support of the community. Cleaning is an honorable profession and I have been cleaning professionally for the kind folks in the Valley of the Sun since 1998.
