As some of my clients are aware, when I initially launched my cleaning business, I offered carpet shampooing services but discontinued them due to lack of demand. Many customers opted for larger companies, which is perfectly understandable. However, today I had the opportunity to work on a carpet cleaning job and informed the client that I no longer had the necessary equipment, but would be willing to take on the task if they could provide a shampooer. In a surprising turn of events, they purchased a brand new machine and donated it to my business! I am deeply grateful for their generosity (THANK YOU SO MUCH!!). I am now offering small space carpet shampooing as an add-on service for those difficult stains or areas that require some revitalization. Below are the before and after photos of today's job. ❣️
