- Wash bathrooms, mop floors, and clean fixtures
- Sanitize kitchen floors and counters
- Vacuum and wash carpets, and polish and wax floors
- Clean rooms, halls, lounges, and corridors
- Empty and wash wastepaper baskets
- Dust and polish furniture and equipment

We would preferred someone with:
- Some English language skills
- Prior professional home or office cleaning experience
- Located within 30min driving distance of the Glen Ellyn area

As a Secretary you would assume the duty of clerical and administrative support in order to optimize workflow procedures. You will be the point of reference for all queries, requests or issues and will be an integral part of the company’s workforce. This job would be performed at out Glen Ellyn office to start, but can be mostly remote after the first 3-6 months.

Responsibilities

- Answer phone calls from clients and redirect them when necessary
- Create update and cancel client appointments
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
- File and update contact information of employees and customers
- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports

Skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Integrity and professionalism
- Can communicate in Polish or Ukrainian (Preferred)

Benefits

- 1 week of Paid Time Off after the 1st Year. 2 weeks after the 2nd Year.
- Ability to Work remote.
