1. Space

Do you have the space that you need to install a pool the size that you want? If you are sacrificing the size of pool you want just to get a pool, you might want to reconsider! When you get your dream pool, it should be just that – a dream pool.

2. Safety

Safety should always be a priority whether you have kids or pets, it doesn't matter! The right safety equipment will keep all of the neighborhood children and pets safe!

3. What Type of Pool?

There are multiple types of pools, including the traditional chlorine pool and the less traditional mineral filtration pool. The biggest difference between all of these pool types is how they are maintained. Talk to your pool installer about the different cleaning options to find one that is right for you!

4. You May Not Be Zoned For One!

Not all homeowners can build pools due to zoning restrictions. The best way to determine your zone is to do a little digging in city records.
