Our company had a very negative experience with Sportset. Under a signed cleaning contract from April 2024 through September 2025, they currently owe us over $10,000, which has been outstanding since September 2025.

Throughout 2025, we received multiple checks that were returned due to insufficient funds, despite continuing to fulfill our contractual obligations. Additionally, the contract was terminated with only a few hours’ notice and without proper written cancellation.

Despite repeated attempts to resolve this matter through emails, invoices, and direct communication, payment has not been made. Responses have been inconsistent, and the issue remains unresolved.

This situation caused unnecessary financial strain and wasted time for our team. Failure to honor a contractual payment agreement reflects poorly on their business practices. Based on our experience, we strongly advise other companies to proceed with caution or avoid entering into agreements with this company.
