At Blue Crystal Pools Associates, we believe in being honest with our customers β even when the message isnβt easy to share.
This season has tested us in ways we honestly didnβt expect. Between weeks of difficult weather, colder temperatures delaying installs, training and adjusting to new employees, running smaller crews across multiple counties, and even dealing with manufacturer delays and errors beyond our control, we know many of you have waited longer than anticipated for your projects and services.
Thatβs not something we take lightly. We know when you invest in your pool, youβre investing your time, money, and trust into us. We also know delays are frustrating, especially when youβre excited to enjoy your backyard with your family.
While we may be behind, please know our crews are showing up every single day doing everything they can to catch up and serve our customers the right way. Long hours, missed weekends, constant schedule adjustments, and problem solving have become the norm lately β and through it all, we are continuing to push forward.
We are incredibly grateful for the patience, kindness, and understanding so many of you have shown us during this busy season. Your encouragement, support, and loyalty mean more than we can properly put into words. Small businesses are not perfect, and neither are we, but we care deeply about our customers and this community.
Thank you for sticking with us through the growing pains, the rain delays, the setbacks, and the chaos. We promise we are working hard every day to improve, communicate better, and continue building a company you can be proud to support.
