Today we took apart someone's hvac ductwork to find the smell of a rotting body. After many hours of carefully taking apart and putting back together the venting system under their house. We found no dead bodies but determined that a mixture of things were happening. One of those things was that there is a condensation catch pan that is full of water with algae growing on top, dog urine smells coming through the floorboards, and a touch of natural gas smell.

The customer was relieved that there was not a dead rodent. In their venting, at least we could put their mind at ease about this. We highly recommended that they call somebody to inspect their gas lines immediately. Sometimes we don't always get to tell our customers that they were right. We do, however, get to put their mind at ease and do the best we can given the situation.

We recieved a call for an emergency bat removal last night. The person calling was staying in an air-bnb up highway 13. The bat was flying around the living space. We immediately rushed up there at midnight, and we're able to successfully. And safely remove the bat and release it in the wild.

We removed a bat from someones home a few days ago. The bat was flying around their home in their bedroom at 1:30 am. They called us at 8am and asked us to come help them. We drove to McMillan and found the bat behind their bedroom window curtains. After carefully catching him with a net we coaxed him into this carrier case designed for bats and released him in the woods. 💜🦇

Relocated 2 bats today that were in a medical center. They had flown in through the employee exit. Now they are back in the wilderness safe and sound.🦇🌲

These two were released together but a total of 4 were caught for this customer. They were living under his shed. At least now they will be able to live a more natural life.
