Marc De Rosa grew up around the family business, learning every side of it — from warehouse work and deliveries to sales, equipment repair, purchasing, and accounting. Today, he’s still hands-on with customers and the day-to-day business at Advance Champion. Outside of work, Marc is a professional musician, outdoor enthusiast, former volunteer firefighter, and former high school band teacher. He is a part of the music ministry for his church playing bass at mass. Marc is also the vice division commander of the United States Coast Guard auxiliary Arizona Division.
