We proudly serve homeowners, businesses, restaurants, property managers, real estate professionals, contractors, and commercial facilities throughout Chandler and the surrounding East Valley. Our team specializes in residential and commercial septic ser

vices, septic system inspections, pumping and maintenance, septic repairs, new septic system installations, septic system replacements, troubleshooting, septic locating, wastewater system design, permitting, sewer camera inspections, hydro jetting, lift station service, and commercial grease trap and grease interceptor pumping. SEPTIC TANK PUMPING AND MAINTENANCE

Routine septic tank pumping is one of the most important parts of maintaining a healthy septic system. HomeField East Valley provides professional septic tank pumping and cleaning services for residential and commercial properties throughout the East Valley. Our technicians can help customers understand their septic system, locate tanks and access points, identify maintenance needs, and provide recommendations based on the condition of the system. Our goal is to help property owners understand what is happening underground and make informed decisions about maintaining their systems. SEPTIC INSPECTIONS AND ADEQ TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP INSPECTIONS

HomeField East Valley performs septic system inspections, including Arizona ADEQ Transfer of Ownership inspections used during real estate transactions. We regularly work with homeowners, home buyers, home sellers, real estate agents, escrow companies, property managers, and other professionals involved in real estate transactions. Our inspection process is designed to provide clear information about the condition and operation of the onsite wastewater system. When issues are identified, our team can also help customers understand their repair, maintenance, or replacement options. Because we provide inspections, repairs, pumping, design, permitting, and installation services, customers can work with one experienced team throughout the septic process. SEPTIC REPAIRS

Septic problems can range from relatively simple access or component issues to larger failures involving the tank, distribution components, sewer lines, or disposal field. HomeField East Valley provides septic troubleshooting and repair services throughout the East Valley. Depending on the system and condition, septic repair work may include items such as septic risers and lids, inlet and outlet components, sewer lines, distribution components, access improvements, system modifications, and other repairs needed to restore proper operation. Our team focuses on diagnosing the problem first so customers can understand what is wrong, what needs to be corrected, and what options are available. SEPTIC SYSTEM INSTALLATIONS AND REPLACEMENTS

HomeField East Valley provides complete septic system installation and replacement services for residential and commercial properties. Our team can coordinate multiple stages of a septic installation project, including site evaluation, soil testing, system design, permitting, excavation, septic tank installation, disposal field installation, inspections, backfill, and project closeout. We work with a variety of onsite wastewater system designs depending on property conditions, soil conditions, site constraints, local requirements, and system capacity needs. Whether a customer is building on a new property, replacing a failed septic system, expanding a property, or modifying an existing onsite wastewater system, our team can help guide the project from planning through completion. SOIL TESTING, PERC TESTING, AND SITE EVALUATION

Proper septic system design begins with understanding the property and soil conditions. HomeField East Valley provides soil testing, percolation testing where applicable, site evaluation, and related septic planning services. These services may be required for new septic systems, replacement systems, property development, remodels, additions, or changes in property use. Our team works to help property owners understand the process and coordinate the steps required before construction can begin. SEPTIC SYSTEM DESIGN

HomeField East Valley provides septic system design and onsite wastewater planning services. A septic design may consider property size, building use, wastewater flow, soil conditions, setbacks, site layout, available disposal area, system capacity, local requirements, and other site-specific factors. Our goal is to develop practical septic solutions that work for the property while meeting applicable regulatory and permitting requirements. SEPTIC PERMITTING AND PROJECT COORDINATION

Septic permitting can involve multiple steps and agencies depending on the project. HomeField East Valley helps customers navigate septic permitting and project coordination for new systems, replacement systems, remodels, property improvements, and other onsite wastewater projects. Our team can help coordinate documentation, testing, design, permit submissions, inspections, and project progress so customers have a clearer understanding of what is happening throughout the process. SEPTIC LOCATING AND SYSTEM MAPPING

Many Arizona properties have septic tanks, access points, distribution components, or disposal areas that are difficult to locate. HomeField East Valley provides septic locating and system discovery services to help identify underground septic components. Locating a system may be helpful before pumping, inspections, repairs, property improvements, landscaping, construction, or real estate transactions. When possible, our team can help customers better understand the layout of their septic system and where important components are located. SEWER CAMERA INSPECTIONS

HomeField East Valley provides sewer line and septic line camera inspections to help diagnose underground problems. A sewer camera can help identify conditions such as blockages, damaged piping, offsets, root intrusion, buildup, breaks, or other issues inside a line. Camera inspections can be especially useful when customers are experiencing recurring backups, slow drainage, unexplained septic problems, or concerns about underground piping. HYDRO JETTING AND LINE CLEANING

We provide hydro jetting and wastewater line cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. Hydro jetting uses high-pressure water to remove buildup and restore flow inside certain sewer, drain, grease, and wastewater lines. Depending on the condition of the line, hydro jetting may help remove grease, sludge, debris, scale, and other materials contributing to restricted flow. GREASE TRAP PUMPING

HomeField East Valley provides commercial grease trap pumping and maintenance services throughout the East Valley. Restaurants, commercial kitchens, food service operations, hospitality businesses, schools, facilities, and other commercial properties depend on properly maintained grease systems to keep wastewater flowing and reduce the risk of backups, odors, and operational interruptions. Our team provides scheduled and on-demand grease trap pumping services based on the needs of the facility. GREASE INTERCEPTOR PUMPING

In addition to smaller grease traps, HomeField East Valley services larger commercial grease interceptors. Grease interceptors require regular pumping and maintenance to remove accumulated fats, oils, grease, solids, and wastewater. We work with restaurants, commercial kitchens, shopping centers, property managers, and other commercial facilities that need reliable grease interceptor maintenance. FAT TRAP AND COMMERCIAL WASTEWATER SERVICE

HomeField East Valley provides pumping and maintenance for qualifying commercial grease and fat collection systems. Because every facility is different, service frequency can be based on system size, business volume, wastewater usage, local requirements, and operating conditions. Our goal is to help commercial customers maintain their wastewater systems proactively instead of waiting for a backup or emergency. COMMERCIAL GREASE SERVICE AGREEMENTS

For businesses that need recurring grease trap or interceptor pumping, HomeField East Valley offers scheduled commercial service agreements. Recurring service can help restaurants and commercial facilities stay ahead of grease accumulation, reduce unexpected wastewater problems, simplify maintenance scheduling, and maintain consistent service records. We can work with commercial customers to establish an appropriate service frequency based on their system and operational needs. LIFT STATION SERVICE

HomeField East Valley provides lift station pumping, maintenance, and wastewater service for qualifying residential and commercial systems. Lift stations play an important role in moving wastewater when gravity alone cannot move it to its destination. Because lift station problems can quickly create significant wastewater issues, routine maintenance and timely service are important. COMMERCIAL SEPTIC AND WASTEWATER SERVICES

Happy Friday!

At HomeField, we believe there’s a difference between following the rules and living the standard.

Rules create compliance.
Standards create culture.

Our team doesn’t just show up to check a box. We show up to serve our customers, support one another, and leave every job better than we found it. That’s what being part of HomeField means.

We’re proud of the people who wear our logo because they choose to hold themselves to a higher standard, even when no one is watching.

💪 Motivation Monday: Earn Your Tiger Stripes

Around here, we joke about earning your “tiger stripes.”

Those aren’t paint marks.

They’re sweat.

When it’s 110°+ outside and you’ve been digging, pumping, repairing, troubleshooting, and taking care of customers all day, the sweat mixes with the dirt and leaves its mark.

Those stripes represent:
✔️ Hard work.
✔️ Pride in your craft.
✔️ Showing up when it isn’t easy.
✔️ Taking care of our customers no matter how hot it gets.

Justin snapped this after one of those long Arizona days and simply said…

“Earned my tiger stripes this week.”

We couldn’t think of a better reminder of what HomeField is all about.

To every technician, installer, operator, and teammate out there putting in the work day after day…

We see you.

We’re proud of you.

Keep earning those stripes. 🐅💪

Throwback Thursday 😂

For some reason… everything was a two-person job that day.

Carrying the hose? Two people.
Filling out paperwork? Also two people.

Completely unnecessary? Absolutely.
Still got the job done? Of course.

This is what it looks like when you’ve got a team that works hard, backs each other up, and somehow has a good time doing it.

We’ll take that kind of energy on every job.

This is what happens when grease trap maintenance gets pushed too far.

That thick, compacted buildup isn’t just sitting there. It’s restricting flow, increasing the risk of backups, and putting stress on your entire system.

Routine grease trap pumping keeps things moving, prevents costly issues, and keeps your kitchen operating the way it should.

It might not look pretty… but this is exactly why regular service matters.

04/28/2026

A septic backup can be overwhelming, especially when you’re new to it and don’t know what to expect. That’s why having the right team matters.

We were able to respond quickly, get everything back on track, and most importantly, help the homeowner understand their system so they feel confident moving forward. It’s not just about fixing the issue, it’s about making sure it doesn’t happen again.

From Twyla answering the first call to boots on the ground in the field, this is what we mean when we say we’ve got your back.

04/27/2026

The standard you walk past is the standard you accept.

That applies to everything. The work. The team. The details no one else sees.

At HomeField, we don’t ignore problems, cut corners, or hope things work out. We address it, fix it, and hold the line on what’s acceptable every single time. Because the moment you let something slide, it becomes the new normal.

Standards aren’t talked about. They’re enforced.

That’s how you build a team. That’s how you build a company. That’s how you build something that actually lasts.

When it comes to ADEQ septic inspections in the East Valley, experience matters.

A proper inspection goes beyond checking a box. It’s a full evaluation of your system’s condition, including tank integrity, flow, and components that can impact a property sale or long-term performance.

At HomeField East Valley, we know what to look for and how to guide you through the process with clarity so you can move forward with confidence.

Your go-to team for ADEQ septic inspections in the East Valley.

Tree roots don’t just grow near your septic system. They grow into it.

Roots naturally seek out moisture, which makes septic lines, seepage pits, and drainfields the perfect target. Once inside, they can clog perforated pipes, restrict flow, and quickly lead to backups or system failure.

Root intrusion is one of the fastest ways a septic system can go from working fine to major repair.

If you have trees near your system, routine inspections and maintenance can catch issues early before they spread underground.
