My method of cleaning carpet leaves the carpet really clean, soft and soap residue free. I have never jacked up the price just because it’s filthy.

There is no Chemical Pump on my machine. The entire clean is a very thorough rinse up to 300° at over 4 gallons a minute with water that’s been Carbon and KDF filtered for the ultimate in Fresh.

This was very old and neglected carpet. This carpet was loose, but notice it was flat in the Before pic. Cleaning shifts that looseness but that goes away within a couple of days.

A while back a longtime customer asked what improvements have I made to my machine lately.

At that time the last significant performance increase was about 3 years before when I reconfigured my burner to burn a lot more fuel.

Since then I completely rewired my machine, making it drastically more reliable and quite a bit simpler and easier to troubleshoot and fix on the spot.

Shortly after, I happened to run across some rock wool insulation rated for 2,600° that came in just the right size to wrap my oil fired burner.

I had to move a couple components around and get a little welding and grinding done to make room for it.

It worked out quite a bit better than I expected. It not only gave me more heat it reduced the incoming air temperature into the machine allowing denser air that holds more oxygen into the burner for hotter combustion using a little less fuel.

I wish I would have done that a long time ago!

Then about 6 weeks ago I replaced a tiny fuel pressure gauge for the burner with a huge one.

The old tiny gauge was visible from the instrument panel which was on the opposite side of the machine.

It was where it was at to be easy to diagnose a burner problem and to quickly know if you had fuel pressure or not. That gauge was hard to see precisely.

I wanted to move that gauge next to where the fuel pressure regulator was so I could more quickly, easily and accurately adjust it on a per job basis.

I wish I would have done that a long time ago too!!

On jobs that aren’t that filthy and where I don’t need a huge flow rate, I can save a considerable amount of fuel as well as a considerable amount of wear on the burner.

It’s been fun relearning how to best run my machine on a wide variety of jobs!

If you know anyone who could use a great cleaning at low cost, I’d really appreciate a referral!

Truly clean carpet isn’t just nicer looking, feeling and smelling. It’s also healthier and a lot less expensive in the long run. Tracked up carpet becomes abrasive and wears much faster.

For most people every 6 months is ideal.

One way to look at my pricing is it’s $60 to drive to your house and do the setup and tear down and heating the machine up. That price is for houses in Gilbert, Chandler or Mesa.

Then it’s $25 for each Room, Hallway or Stairs. (Huge rooms are $10 extra)

I do valley wide service but the farther away it is the more it costs. (Up to $60 extra)

Regardless of how dirty it is there are NO extra charges! I’m set up for the filthy jobs, they are my advertising!

The Bold print looks too good to be true because it is.

Look at the fine print. If it’s visibly soiled it will require pre-conditioning at 25 cents a square foot. If you want it Sanitized, that’s another 25 cents a square foot.

Do they have any reviews or pictures of their results, not that I can find.

Those Low Bold prices are Not what you end up paying!

What’s in the fine print is what gets you!

25-50 cents a square foot adds up fast! That’s an extra $25-50 on a 10’x10’ room!

Not only will you pay drastically more than what I charge, what are you going to get?
