Most cleaners idea of fresh is masking the funky smells with toxic synthetic fragrances. I provide the Ultimate in Real Freshness by Carbon and KDF Filtering all of the water I clean with. I don’t cover up the problem and make it worse from a health point of view, I eliminate it at the source and Sanitize it with Heat! True Freshness, isn’t a smell, it’s the absence of smell and toxicity!

5 rooms in Gilbert, Chandler or Mesa is only $185.

When it’s hot is a great time to have it done. Your AC is like a big dehumidifier and it’s running a lot, so it dries faster with no dust blowing in.

Indoor air quality is better with clean carpet.

This is a very slow time of year for me and I’d really appreciate work!

Yesterday I did a job for someone who had replied to another cleaning company’s add for 3 rooms for $80.

When they showed up and saw the pet stains they wanted $500 instead of the $80.

They ended up using me. No more pet stains, no odor and no additional charges.

I like regularly showing my results but most of the jobs I do are not very challenging.

Jobs like this are what I’m prepared for.

Jobs like this are quick and I don’t charge extra for them.

At Melton’s the Cleaning is actually a very thorough Rinse with (Water Only Steam) from water that’s Carbon and KDF Filtered at about 4 times the typical flow and 100°Hotter.

Inside is Nicer on Clean Carpet and I have plenty of availability.

When you hire me you get someone who has the most Powerful Custom equipment in the industry, over 40 years experience and a track record of Amazing Results!

I have never jacked up the price just because it’s filthy.

There is no Chemical Pump on my machine. The entire clean is a very thorough rinse up to 300° at over 4 gallons a minute with water that’s been Carbon and KDF filtered for the ultimate in Fresh.
