Wow! It has been a wild week for monsoon storms. Remember to super-chlorinate your pool after a heavy rain or dust storm. Also, the more debris you net out, the less the strain on your cleaner and baskets!

Monsoon season is here! This time of year takes a little more diligence on pool care to keep the pool sparkling and ready for enjoyment. Watch you chlorine levels, especially after a rain or dust storm. Keep shock on hand so you can add it quickly. And don't forget the pH. Both rain and dust can make your pH levels fluctuate. Lastly, the quicker you get leaves and debris out of the pool, the less effect they can have on both the chlorine and the pH levels! Your pool can be especially refreshing on these hot days so make sure it is at it's best!

A shock treatment after a big storm (like last night!) will help prevent a green pool. A&M Corsons AquaValue recommends liquid chlorine for shocking. Doesn't add more calcium to your pool, is fresh and strong from Eloy and it's returnable bottles are good for the environment!
