You have multiple options for providing A&B access to you home: The most convenient method is to leave a key to your residence with A&B. All keys are coded for security and will never have your name or address attached to them. If you hav

e an alarm system, please give access instructions to your A&B office. For your safety, we do not return keys by mail. You may meet the service provider at your residence. Please refer to the Cancellation Policy should A&B be unable to access your home during the preset arrival window. If neither of the above is possible, please make alternate arrangements with your local A&B scheduling department. PAYMENT
Full payment is due at the time of your cleaning. A credit card number must be kept on file with your A&B office. Your account will be charged the balance due, plus any fees, for each cleaning unless you leave an alternate form of payment at the time of service. A&B accepts PayPal, Venmo, Facebook Pay, cash, and checks. A $25 fee will be charged for each returned check or failed credit card transaction. SCHEDULING
Recurring cleanings are scheduled according to our checklist and priorities discussed during your consultation. One-Time Cleanings are scheduled as standard blocks of time. Every effort will be made to complete your service within the time allocated. If you forego a deep clean at the commencement of your service, please note that it will take a few cleanings to confirm your ongoing maintenance needs. We ask for your patience while we learn how to best clean your home and assure you that our maintenance cleanings will address the areas in need of additional attention as quickly as possible. Some homes may be subject to a first-time cleaning fee. We strive to have the same staff members clean your home or office on a regular basis, however, this is not guaranteed. Due to vacation, illness or departure from the company, A&B may occasionally provide a replacement professional house cleaner. If, due to the unique nature of your home, your service providers are unable to complete your cleaning within the amount of time requested, we may call you to ask for authorization to spend more time cleaning your home. We will inform you of additional costs accordingly before proceeding with the work. We reserve the right to charge additional fees to the final price of cleanings considered as heavy or inappropriate to the description of the home submitted at booking. To be safe, always check the information you entered into the booking form and remember that for us to perform our job you should leave the place uncluttered. ARRIVAL WINDOWS
To ensure quality service for all valued clients, A&B cannot specify exact arrival times. Arrival windows allow our professional house cleaners to handle all the variables of each day and each home without affecting the promises we make to you. Service provider(s) will arrive within the following timeframes:

When we have a key to the home, our arrival window is between 8am and 4pm. When we are meeting someone at the home, we will set a two-hour arrival window between the hours of 8am and 4pm. FEEDBACK
After each cleaning, you’ll have the opportunity to review the job on a scale from 1-10. Your rating will directly determine the compensation level for the professional house cleaners assigned to your home. Please take a moment to offer your comments. We value your opinions and your feedback is essential for us to improve our service and serve you better.

24-HOUR GUARANTEE
Since cleaning is a very personal and human service, we realize that occasionally an area may not be cleaned to your satisfaction. We are unable to offer a refund, but A&B will happily re-clean any area that you are not satisfied with. Just let us know of any issues or concerns within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will do our best to make it right. GRATUITY
A&B never requires you to tip, but it is a powerful way to say thanks to your professional cleaners. Even posting an online review expressing your appreciation for their service can mean a great deal. CANCELLATION
We understand it may be necessary to reschedule on occasion. If it is necessary to cancel or skip your scheduled service, A&B requires notice of two business days. If we receive less than two business days’ notice, or if we cannot access your home, it will be necessary to charge you up to the full price of your cleaning. All future cleanings will remain unchanged. Please contact your local office directly to make schedule changes. Schedule or service changes may not be made through your professional house cleaner. Recurring services are priced at a discounted rate. Should you choose to cancel recurring service after only one cleaning, please note that our regular One-Time Cleaning charges will apply. BREAKAGE/LOSS
If breakage/loss occurs, notification must be made within 48 hours of service. Key replacement/locksmith fees are paid only if keys are lost or miscoded. There is a $100 per location liability limit for key replacement and/or locksmith services. SUPPLIES
A&B uses safe and reliable professional-grade cleaning supplies to clean your home. However, if you own special products that you would like to have used on particular surfaces, we are happy to accommodate your request. Please contact our office to discuss prior to your cleaning so we might provide instructions to your professional house cleaner. PETS
Please secure all pets in their travel crates or kennels. A&B will treat all pets with love and respect; however, we cannot be responsible for their escape. SERVICE LIMITATIONS
For safety and insurance purposes, we do not climb higher than a two-step ladder. We will attempt to reach all visible areas with either an extension duster or vacuum extension. We cannot move items weighing more than 20 pounds. We cannot touch or move fi****ms in order to clean an area. Clients who own fi****ms should move them to an area we do not clean. We do not clean animal/human f***s, urine, vomit, blood or other similar bio-hazard materials. We do not use bleach, except for at the client’s request. Please note, we will not be responsible for damage it may cause. We clean “living space” only, which is the area in a home or facility that has air conditioning. The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this webpage and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of United States of America.
